Disneyland Encyclopedia Excerpt on the Web

I noticed that Santa Monica Press has placed an excerpt from Chris Strodder's Disneyland Encyclopedia on its web site. I have some initial impressions, but I'll wait to post about them until I have the book in hand.

I'm not wowed by the excerpt. One interesting thing about the length ride portion of the Haunted Mansion is that it varies according to the season. There is a control room under the attic area of the Mansion, and supposedly the speeds of the motors were adjusted to vary the cycle time.
